211A™ boiler efficiencies are compliant with federal and ASHRAE 90.1 requirements. Optional Mod-U-Pak unique three-stage firing system provides improved boiler response and fuel economy. The built-in horizontal to vertical draft hood and aluminized steel flue collector provide a low boiler profile to allow installation in areas with low head room. The unique finned, tubular sections are spaced evenly using spacing rings which allow the sections to maintain their as-cast skin, providing maximum corrosion resistance and longer life.

The flow port flexible seals assure a water-tight fit while providing faster boiler assembly and allow the sections to expand and contract independently. The exclusive Peerless^® access design, from both ends, allows easy accessibility to the flueways for inspection and cleaning, without removing the entire jacket.

The LC/LCE™ is available with outputs to 3,777 MBH. This advanced boiler design includes integral cast iron flue collector, unique Flex-Seal gaskets and individual draw rods. Boiler efficiencies are compliant with federal and ASHRAE 90.1 requirements. The top and front cleanouts allow for easy cleaning ensuring highest operating efficiency. The pressurized, forced draft firing requires only a three foot vent above the roof. The LC™ has cast iron rear outlet with integral damper that can be adjusted and locked in position. The LCE™ has cast iron top outlet with butterfly flue damper that can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Series SC/SCT™ boilers are available from the factory as knockdown split blocks or completely packaged assembled units, with steel push nipples, for easy installation. The top or side clean out features allow for easier cleaning, maintaining highest operating efficiency. Pressurized, forced draft firing requires only a three foot vent above the roof, without the need for a chimney, for simple installations.

The new Series TCII™ boiler - a gas, oil or combination gas/oil-fired, cast iron boiler– has been redesigned for higher efficiencies. The boiler is ideal for large commercial hot water and steam applications and is available in 15 sizes (4-18 sections) as knocked-down, assembled sections or fully packaged boilers. The Series TCII™ is designed for forced draft firing to provide the highest possible efficiencies. Boilers are equipped with choice of Beckett, Carlin, Power Flame or Riello power burners.

Series TCII™ boilers are constructed with rugged, cast-iron, wet-base sections for durability and top performance. Hi-temperature, flexible, graphite port connectors, and short, individual draw rods assure a tight fit between sections and simplify installation. All Series TCII™ boilers come equipped with a burner mounting plate with insulation block, built-in cast iron flue collector with integral damper, and an insulated enameled steel jacket to reduce boiler heat loss. Standard equipment includes front and rear observation ports, tankless coils for domestic hot water and a 30 psi ASME safety relief valve on water boilers. Steam boilers feature a 15 psi ASME side outlet safety valve and steam gauge.
